Not a sealed game that pops up too often, an absolute must own for any serious game collector! This game is brand-new & factory h-seam sealed w/ vent holes present! This game is in VERY GOOD condition. Overall, especially for its age and rarity 17 years!

The game box has a very nice. Overall aside from a few minor imperfections around various sides of the box as well as some light corner wear (shown below).

Aside from general surface wear there is a small piece of missing shrink-wrap near the h-seam on the back of the game (pictured below).
