Silver: Has some very fine scratches on sticker. The box has a few light scratches and few issues at the top front edge. Gold: Sticker has some very very minor wear, I would say its near mint. This box is almost perfect, the only issue I see is on the top flap were it bends to close. There is an inch line of missing foil. Besides that there are no dents, creases or tears.

This also needs a new battery. Will be packaged in a box.
