Please note this is a used item, so please expect to find some signs of use, including some minor marks, scuffs, and scratches, but only cosmetic. Please note that although most of the externals have been upgraded, this is a vintage device underneath it all, potentially dating back to 1998 so if at any point your games do not load or you get fuzzy text, that I'm sure you are familiar with if you are a regular gameboy enthuusiast, turn the device back off, carefully place both thumbs on the cartridge and push it out of the console. Gently blow into the cartridge port of the Game Boy, being careful not to allow tiny particles of spit to fly in, and then do the same for the corresponding port on your cartridge. Wipe off any dust or residue and then gently but firmly re-insert the cartridge back into the console. I have over a hundred cartridges listed separately, and the ones that I have tested worked fine.
