Beautiful Modified Gameboy Color Pastel Green Edition fitted with a Q5 OSD IPS Screen. This gameboy is fully refurbished, The Game Boy has had new capacitors fitted and all electrics have been checked and replaced where necessary. The pictures dont really do this screen justice, It really is bright. In addition to the refurb a Backlight IPS Q5 OSD 15% Larger Size Screen kit has been fitted, This really transforms the Gameboy into a modern style handheld, All games are clearly visible in all light including the dark which was never possible on the original screen. Further to this mod a New Pastel Green shell has been fitted along with a Correct Size Custom Gameboy Glass Screen & New Button Set.

This is a 15% Larger Q5 OSD (on screen display) IPS Modification having 10 brightness levels & 8 pre set colour palettes to choose from, As this is the OSD kit you have the option of using a Pixel screen, Battery level icon (if rechargeable battery was fitted) & a RGB menu so you can make a custom screen colour. The sound on the gameboy has been modified with an amplifier to increase the sound level, It is now much louder compared to the original sound level which was pretty low, As it has an amplifier fitted there is a little noise when a game is not being played. Once you are playing a game it is not noticeable. By tapping the IR panel it will scroll through the various Color modes, To change the Brightness of the screen you tap the opposite side to the IR Panel or access the OSD Menu.
